Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for KyroMax educational services.

1) Scope

This Policy applies to paid course participation fees and private sessions where a fee is charged. It does not apply to free informational materials unless explicitly stated.

2) How to request a cancellation

Send a request to [email protected] with:

  • Your full name
  • Email used during enrollment
  • Program name (if applicable)
  • Reason (optional, helps us improve)

3) Refund windows (typical)

Refund eligibility depends on timing and the type of service (cohort program, self-paced materials, or private sessions). If local rules provide mandatory rights, those will apply.

A. Cohort programs

  • Before the cohort start: requests may be eligible for refund minus non-recoverable processing costs (if any).
  • After the cohort start: eligibility may be limited because time slots and group capacity are reserved.

B. Self-paced digital materials

  • Once digital materials are delivered or accessed, refunds may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable rules.

C. Private sessions

  • 24+ hours before a scheduled session: reschedule may be offered where possible.
  • Less than 24 hours: fees may be non-refundable due to reserved time.

4) Exclusions and non-refundable items

  • Fees for services already delivered (e.g., sessions held, materials provided)
  • Non-recoverable payment processing fees (where applicable)
  • Misuse of materials or violation of participation rules

5) Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method when possible. Timing depends on payment provider processing cycles.

If the original method is unavailable, we may coordinate a reasonable alternative, subject to verification.

6) Disputes

If you believe an error occurred, contact us first with the details. We aim to review the request promptly during business hours.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, applicable rules and the “Governing law and disputes” section in Terms may apply.

7) Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect operational changes. The effective date at the top indicates the latest version.
