These Terms govern your access to KyroMax.best and participation in our educational services.
1) Definitions
“Site” means KyroMax.best and its pages.
“Services” means educational content and course-related communications.
“You” means a visitor, participant, or customer.
2) Eligibility
The Services are intended for adults. By using the Site, you represent that you can enter into these Terms under applicable rules.
3) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in a way that breaks applicable laws or infringes rights of others
- Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or interference with Site integrity
- Upload harmful code, spam, or misleading content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity in communications
4) Course participation
- Course formats, timing, and scope are described on the Site and confirmed during onboarding.
- Group sessions may include participation guidelines to protect privacy and respectful discussion.
- You are responsible for maintaining your own confidentiality, including what you choose to share.
We may refuse participation or remove access for serious violations of acceptable use or for behavior that disrupts the learning environment, consistent with applicable rules.
5) Intellectual property
The Site content, course materials, and design elements are owned by KyroMax or licensed to KyroMax. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use materials for your own learning.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display course materials without written permission, except where permitted by applicable rules.
6) Educational nature and disclaimers
KyroMax provides educational content and coaching-style structure. We do not provide clinical, medical, or emergency services.
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make promises about specific outcomes.
7) Payments, refunds, and cancellations
Fees and payment steps (if applicable) are provided during enrollment. Refund and cancellation rules are described in Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable rules, KyroMax is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable rules.
9) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold KyroMax harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable rules.
10) Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content or policies. You should review third-party terms and privacy policies.
11) Changes to services or terms
We may update the Site or services to improve clarity, security, or content delivery. We may also update these Terms; the effective date above indicates the latest version.
12) Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent applicable.
If a dispute arises, we encourage contacting us first to seek an informal resolution. Where required, disputes may be handled in an appropriate court with jurisdiction in Japan.
